LOCATION: Eurest Staff Restaurant, Heathrow Airport, Terminal 3
PROJECT: Complete refurbishment of the servery area in Eurest Staff Restaurant
OBJECTIVE: To improve the appearance and operational capacity of the staff restaurant, including a complete strip-out of the existing design, electrical & plumbing alterations, construction of new partition walls, floor replacement and new equipment installation.
Scope of Completed Works
Obtained all permits required by Heathrow Airport (including Change Control approval) Erected a temporary hoarding Disconnected the existing electrical and water supplies Disassembled and disposed of the counters Decommissioned the Ansul system Removed the existing equipment, suspended ceiling and partition walls Installed a new ductwork canopy and made necessary alterations Erected new partition walls Made necessary fire alarm alterations Installed new vinyl covering for the floor Installed a new Ansul system Adjusted all plumbing and electrical installations to the new fitout plan Rearranged the existing toilet cabins Installed new wall tiles Decorated all of the interior Installed new equipment Tested and commissioned all of the new installationCompleted refurbishment works
