LOCATION: Amigo South, Eurest Staff Restaurant, Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5 Airside

PROJECT: General refurbishment of Amigo South

OBJECTIVE: Refresh the appearance and functionality of the Front of House, replacing the counter, installing new equipment and making the necessary electrical and plumbing alterations.

Scope of Completed Works

Obtained all permits required by Heathrow Airport (including Change Control approval)

Erected a temporary hoarding during demolition

Disconnected electrical and water supplies

Disassembled and disposed of the counters

Temporarily removed the equipment, suspended ceiling and partition walls

Erected new storeroom walls

Made plumbing and electrical alterations to adjust to the new fitout plan

Fitted new floor carpet covering

Installed new wall tiles

Decorated the interiors

Installed all new equipment

Tested and commissioned the new installation
