I started at Barden FM in the Summer of 2017 as an Office Junior; I was promoted to Helpdesk Manager in 2020. I now manage 7 members of office staff & 4 day engineers and this is continuing to grow adjacent with the Company. One of the main reasons I enjoy managing the Helpdesk, is dealing with all departments, clients, and engineers across the company.
Fun Fact: I have dislocated both of my knees & both shoulders; in total I have had 15 dislocations.
